The Simple Version
- You own your cluster data.
- Self-hosted core is use-at-your-own-risk.
- Support is for paid tiers only.
- No reverse engineering enterprise features.
- Maintain your own backups.
- Be respectful in our community.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KubePulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our software.
2. Software License
The KubePulse platform is provided under a dual-licensing model:
- Open-Core: Specific modules are licensed under Apache 2.0.
- Enterprise: Features like Multi-Org Control and AI Decisioning are proprietary and require a valid license key.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent license key validation for Enterprise features.
- Resell or redistribute the Enterprise software without written consent.
- Use automated systems to scrape our marketing site or documentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall KubePulse or its authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
5. Governing Law
Any claim relating to KubePulse shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
