Your Data. Your Control.
Last Updated: March 2026. We prioritize data sovereignty and infrastructure privacy in everything we build.
Data Sovereignty
KubePulse is designed as a self-hosted platform. Your cluster and workload data never leave your environment. Metadata required for certain cloud integrations is encrypted and never sold.
Security & Encryption
All data used for alerting and analytics within KubePulse is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our SOC2-compliant architecture ensures your fleet's security remains state-of-the-art.
Transparent Logging
We believe in full observability. All data access by our platform is logged to an audit trail where you can see exactly which APIs were queried and by which user.
1. Data Ownership
KubePulse operates primarily as a self-hosted application. Unlike many SaaS cluster monitoring solutions, your core infrastructure data remains in your Kubernetes clusters and your private databases (DB). We do not have access to your raw cluster metrics, workload names, or IP addresses unless you intentionally provide them through a support request or cloud-hosted analytics bridge.
2. Information Collection
For users of the KubePulse Marketing Site and Admin Portal, we collect the following:
- Account Information: Name, work email, and company when you sign up for a demo or enterprise account.
- Telemetry: Anonymous usage data to help us improve specific page load times and identify feature usage.
- Logs: Standard server logs including IP address for security auditing and rate limiting.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your information to third parties. We only share data with essential infrastructure providers required to run our services (e.g., our cloud hosting provider, authentication system), all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, export, and delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact our privacy officer at [email protected].
